Hair Services:

  • CONSULTATIONS: During your 20-minute consultation, you will receive an introduction to Infinitely Eminent Salon and Spa, what we offer our Infinitely Valued Clients, and a thorough scalp analysis. Consultation forms are required to be filled out prior to your appointment to ensure a successful visit. Consultations are non refundable and they aren't applied to your service. Services will not be rendered during this appointment. Clients who have not visited in 6 months or more would need to do a consultation.  New Clients are not accepted between October to December

  • ONLINE BOOKING: Feel free to add yourself to the waitlist if an appointment date you're interested in isn’t available. If booking online, please be sure not to overbook yourself to hold an appointment slot because it is unfair to other clients who also need to book an appointment. 

  • APPOINTMENTS can be pre-booked out on a bi-weekly or monthly  rotation for a year. For any appointments NOT CANCELED within 48 hours, a fee of $35.00 will be charged to your credit card on file or placed on your account for payment when booking your next appointment. Three consecutive NO SHOWS will result in your removal from the schedule.

  • APPOINTMENT REMINDERS are sent via text message and email; please be sure to confirm all appointments within the allotted time frame to ensure your slot is kept available just for you. Any appointments not confirmed will be rescheduled. For our Infinite kids, please understand that this is a business and that it is our sincere desire to serve all clients with excellence. Please be sure your child gets plenty of rest before all appointments. It will help us complete their hair service as efficiently as possible.

  • HAIR PREP: Before each visit, if you have braids or twists, be sure to detangle. A detangling fee will be charged for hair that takes 30 minutes or more to detangle.

  • A NO SHOW FEE of $35.00 or up to FULL COST OF SERVICE will be charged before any services can be rendered.

  • RETURN CHECK FEE is $35.00. Frequent returned checks will require a credit card or cash for future payments.

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $50.00 will be required for any services above $100.00. 

  • REFUND POLICY: All services provided are non-refundable. However, in the event you have a hair mishap, please reach out to a member of the team within 24 hours, and we can discuss the need for a redo service. 

  • DISCOUNTS: It is our pleasure to offer discounts in the following ways: For active duty, retired and reservist; Senior Citizens Ages 60+; and our Report Card Rewards Program

  • TECHNOLOGY USE: If electronics become an issue, clients will not be able to utilize their device(s) for the remainder of service due to time constraints. We welcome children bringing their electronic devices during services, however, you acknowledge as the parent/guardian, you are responsible for any broken or damaged devices. 

  • Download the Vagaro app from the App Store or Google Play Store. This app is important but not mandatory to download because it allows you to: 

  • Manage your client profile

  • Manage your salon appointments (i.e. book online appointments, reschedule appointments, confirm appointments)

  • Check in when you arrive for your appointments

On the day of your appointment, please: 

  • Use the Vagaro app to check-in

  • You may also call or text “ I’m here ” to  334-632-5698

  • A team member will notify you via phone or text when it is time for you to enter the salon

  • STAY in your vehicle (this is very important, please wait to be notified before entering)

  • Tuesdays - Consultations by appointment only

  • Wednesday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Saturday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Messages received after salon hours will be returned within 24-48 hours.


Your time slot is reserved especially for you. If you know you are going to be 5-10 minutes late, please contact a member of our team at  (334) 632-5698. If you are 15-30 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment for another time. This will ensure that excellence can be maintained in serving you. If your stylist is ever running late, you will receive a call notifying you. In the event your stylist is running 30 minutes or more late a member of our team will contact you to reschedule.


In-House Rules:

  1. Enter quietly (Massages may be in progress) 

  2. Only the person receiving a service is allowed within the salon. No guests allowed. 

  3. Snacks are provided at a cost please ensure you pay so that we can continue to provide this service.

  4. For your safety and ours, please be aware of your surroundings at night, lock your car doors before entering the salon, and keep your personal belongings within your eyesight. Let us know immediately if anything seems out of place or suspicious. The salon door is locked throughout the day so, please call or text  to let us know that you are outside so we can open the door for you. 

  5. All PPE is mandatory. No Mask, No Entry. If you do not have PPE, it can be provided at a low-cost. Please do not wear masks that go around your head.  Wear masks that will go around your ears only.

  6. Cell phones and other mobile devices are asked to be used with a headset as a courtesy to other guest and business owners within the salon and while under the dryer. Please do not enter the building with your phone on speaker.

  7. All seating is for sitting only, please no laying or propping feet up in chairs (i.e. hallway seating, salon chair, and dryer areas)

  8. No Profanity
